Do you prioritize your time? I started by working on getting to know my DAW better from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. I trun off my phone, turn off notifications on my laptop and Kindle fire. And keep my door closed. I let everyone know I'm out of pocket at that time. I also do it the afternoons while practicing my reads. Most people know that on Saturdays I have a zoom meeting.They can call but I'm not going to talk with them.
