From unlikely beginnings
Back in the day (Mid 70’s), We went to see a new little known movie called Friday the thirteenth. We watched and laughed all the way through it mainly because it was set in Ill. And the road Jason was traveling was coming right to Peoria where we were. Plus they showed things that were a scream (very funny) to us. Like they showed the law was looking for him still in Ill. But it was obviously a desert. None in Illinois.
But fast forward to today. Friday the thirteenth is still around. And poor Jammy lee is still fighting him.
The moral is, keep at it and maybe you’ll one day find yourself some thirty years later a big hit too. And just think Jammy lee just won her first Oscar after some thirty years.
