🧺 Ingredients
  • Kraft or vintage book paper
  • White, cream & brown acrylic paint
  • Moss green paint or watercolor
  • Vintage mushroom images (or hand-drawn mushrooms)
  • Brown ink
  • Dried leaves or leaf stamps (optional)
  • White gel pen
  • Washi tape
  • Black fineliner
  • Matte gel medium
👩🏽‍🍳 Directions
  1. Paint your page with soft layers of cream, moss green, and warm brown.
  2. Tear and glue pieces of vintage paper around the page.
  3. Add several mushrooms as your focal point.
  4. Stamp or paint leafy textures around the background.
  5. Use your white gel pen to create tiny dots, vines, and whimsical details.
  6. Write this somewhere on the page:
"Growth happens quietly."
  1. Finish by splattering a little white paint to resemble forest spores.
🌿 Optional Reflection
Where in my life am I growing... even if I can't see it yet?
✨ Creative Garnish
Hide one tiny heart somewhere in your page.
It becomes a reminder that growth doesn't have to be obvious to be beautiful.
