Mediteren is geen leren...het is voelen.
Mediteren is 1...' persoonlijk ' Mediteren doe je waar je wil en hoe je wil, sommige doen dit op zichzelf...anderen doen het in groep. Belangrijkste punten is je ademhaling en je lichaam tot een ruststaat krijgen en in dit druk geprogrammeerd leventje is dit niet gemakkelijk om het terug te vinden...als je het al ooit kende... Ga liggen, hangen of waar je kan...stilte is een belangrijke factor maar soms moeilijk te vinden. Je begint eerst met je lichaam in jouw gemakkelijkste houding te leggen of hangen...dan begin je met je ademhaling...er zijn goede presentaties die je ademhaling kunnen verbeteren. 3,4 tellen in, even vasthouden en 3,4 tellen uit...je kan deze tellen stillaan verlengen...ook inademen met 1 kant van je neus dichthouden is een goede brain-train en je zuurstof toevoer. Wanneer je op je ademhaling oefent hou je je denkpatroon op je hartslag en wat er ook in je denkpatroon of gehoor binnenkomt, verplicht jezelf om terug naar je hartslag te luisteren, leg je hand op je hartslag, voel het rustiger worden door je ademhalingen...probeer je lichaam te voelen...bepaalde geluiden kunnen je meer helpen om niet gestoord te worden...sound of bells, krekels, natuurgeluiden...onze frequentie geluid 440h is niet correct en stoort ons lichaam...draag koper...of om het huis. Mediteer wanneer je kan, overal...sluit je af van festival muziek...dit zijn brainwash frequenties maar velen weten dit nog niet...Stemvorken, bel geluiden waren vroeger overal en werd overal weggehaald?? zoek op...prettige reis. Mediteren is jouw tijd, jouw genezen, jouw licht vinden...verandering begint bij jou hoe rot de wereld ook...stille lichtjes lichten alle donkere mensen en tijden...sound of silence is mediteren...je licht vinden, je lichaam zonder stress... STRESS WORDT KANKER...wij zijn zo sterk om ons zelf te kunnen genezen...de conventionele weg is geen herstel al zijn alle medici niet met kwaadwil...ons immuunsysteem is magisch maar wie gelooft nog in zen eigen magie...elke film heeft boodschappen, elk lied zijn goede of kwade text...
Meditation is feeling
Meditation is 1...‘personal’ You can meditate wherever and however you want. Some people do it alone...others do it in a group. The most important things are your breathing and getting your body into a state of rest. In our busy, public lives, this is not easy to achieve...if you have ever known it... Lie down, recline, or wherever you can... Silence is an important factor, but sometimes difficult to find. First, start by placing your body in your most comfortable position or reclining... then begin with your breathing... There are good presentations that can improve your breathing. Breathe in for 3 or 4 counts, hold, and breathe out for 3 or 4 counts... You can still extend these counts... Breathing in while closing one side of your nose is also good for training your brain and your oxygen supply. When you focus on your breathing exercise, keep your thoughts on your heartbeat and whatever enters your thoughts or hearing, force yourself to listen back to heartbeat, place your hand on your heartbeat, feel it calm down through your breathing... try to feel your body... Certain sounds can help you to avoid being disturbed... the sound of bells, crickets, nature sounds... our sound frequency of 440 Hz is not correct and disturbs our body... wear copper... or around the house. Meditate whenever you can, anywhere... shut yourself off from festival music... these are brainwashing frequencies, But many don't know this yet... Tuning forks and bell sounds used to be everywhere and were removed everywhere?? Search for... beautiful journey. Meditation is your time, your healing, finding your light... change starts with you, no matter how rotten the world... silent lights illuminate all dark people and times... the sound of silence is meditation... finding your light, your body without stress... Stress becomes cancer... we are so strong that we can heal ourselves... the conventional way is not recovery, even though all doctors are not malicious... our immune system is magical, but who still believes in their own magic? Every movie has messages, every song has its good or bad lyrics...

Small win for myself
I have acknowledged that on my spiritual journey I’m going through a lot of past wounds, and my emotions are matching to the situations. I have learned to become more aware of my emotions and not let my thoughts take over. And when I don’t try to get rid of the emotion, but feel the emotion deeply fully embodied is when I am filled with tears or joy or anger, whatever the emotion is and can mentally get past
