Are You Afraid of Your Own Power? (and not know it)
What I mean here is deep unconscious fear of standing out, of being seen and even acknowledged...Not the loud version of fear... The silent one that percolates under the hood.... 🤔The one that shows up in rooms where you know your thinking is stronger than what’s being said — and you adjust anyway... Dumb it down... or even keep it to yourself.... You see the clear move that would change everything... and you know your idea is the solution... You feel it clearly... A nd then you soften it... or never share it.... ....You wrap it. .....You dilute it. or present it as a suggestion instead of a real shift... To reduce discomfort, you tell yourself you’re being strategic. Or diplomatic...Kind even.... Or “aware of the room.” 🙄Sometimes that’s true... But mostly, these are all lies you are telling yourself to reduce dissonance... Now, just reflect on when it happens. It rarely happens when you’re unsure... Almost never.... It happens when you are absolutely certain....The question is WHY? 💫Personal Power is not frightening because it might fail. Power is frightening because it reorganizes structure, reorganizes perceptions, put you in a spotlight.... ...It changes position. ...It changes who feels ahead. ....It changes who feels equal. ....It changes who feels exposed. It forces you to become accountable for your true greatness..... 💥Structural Psychology truth is - Human systems protect coherence above all else. Coherence means: I know who I am. I know where I stand. I know how others experience me. The field feels stable. The moment your capacity exceeds the structure that defined you, that stability wobbles. 💫Most people shrink capacity rather than expand structure. I t feels like humility. It is often loyalty.... Loyalty to an older identity. Loyalty to a group that once validated you. Loyalty to a version of yourself that didn’t disrupt hierarchy. 💥💥The psyche would rather preserve a coherent prison than risk incoherent freedom.💥💥 That’s not your weakness.

The spiritual reason your mind never shuts up
You are not your thoughts. But the more you believe in and identify with your thoughts, the stronger they get. Most people never realize that they are not the voice in their head; they are the one listening. If you want to remain free, you must remove your identity from your thoughts. Otherwise, they never stop.

@David Thomas Yes… it’s a powerful reflection...indeed.... And I also fully agree — what Tolle points to is real...but not complete....When someone first realizes, even briefly, that the voice in their head isn’t who they are, something genuinely softens. It can feel like stepping half an inch back from a storm and realizing you’re not the wind. For many people, that recognition alone changes everything. But here’s what I’ve seen over and over. Most people stop there.... They hear, “You are the awareness behind the thoughts,” and very subtly they try to become that awareness. Effort creeps in. A new position forms. “I am the observer now.” And if you look closely, there’s often still a slight tightness in the chest… a quiet vigilance… as if awareness is something that needs to be maintained. Have you noticed that? The mind can appropriate even spaciousness. It can build an identity around being egoless. It can turn witnessing into something it performs. Until that reflex is seen, the mind doesn’t quiet — it upgrades its disguise. So the deeper shift isn’t just realizing you are not the thought. It’s recognizing the structural habit of identification itself — how quickly identity attaches to whatever feels stable, elevated, or safe… thinker, observer, spiritual self, even silence. When that attachment pattern loosens, something very different happens. Awareness doesn’t need to be held in place. It’s not a position. It’s not a role. It’s simply what remains when the system stops recruiting every experience into “me.” Thoughts still arise and emotions still move. But........ they’re no longer enlisted. That’s where freedom becomes very real. That's how I see this..
More structure
Are any of you mystics or is this more of a casual community. I'm a mystic who's starting to bring some more structure and change into my practice, I was just wondering if anyone else here was too. No dogma, just curiosity.

Love this question. I’ll answer it plainly. Yes — I’m a mystic. My relationship with the living God isn’t symbolic language for me. It’s lived. There is an intelligence that precedes thought, that orders reality with precision and depth, and I orient my life around that Presence. But I was also given a mind. And I don’t believe that was accidental. If we are created, then cognition is part of that design. Discernment. Logic. Pattern recognition. The capacity to see structure. Why would those exist if transcendence required their abandonment? What I’ve seen — in myself first — is that an untrained mind doesn’t make you more mystical. It makes you porous. It drifts. It romanticizes. It confuses intensity with depth. It creates subtle interference right at the edge of expansion. And then when awareness collapses back into old identity patterns, we call it “the state fading.” Most of the time, it didn’t fade. The structure underneath wasn’t coherent enough to sustain it. Mystical experiences expand perception. But if your underlying identity premises are untouched — your fears, your compensations, your need to be special or chosen — the system recalibrates back to its baseline. You visit transcendence, then return to the same relational reactions, the same emotional triggers, the same self-concept. And here’s the uncomfortable part: sometimes people use “mystic” as an identity shield. It can quietly protect them from structure. From discipline. From examining the architecture of their own thinking. I’ve had to face that in myself. Structure isn’t the opposite of mysticism. It’s what prevents self-deception. When I read ancient texts carefully, I don’t see randomness. I see coherence at a level most modern writing can’t sustain. The Bible is layered, recursive, architected across centuries. Symbol nested inside symbol. Narrative arcs that mirror each other across time. That is not chaotic inspiration. That is higher-order intelligence expressed through language.
What Would the Undistorted Version of You Say to This Version?
We are not becoming the Source. We are the Source — playing limitation. Nothing is missing. Only misidentified. You don’t need expansion. You need subtraction. The “higher self” is not above you. It is you — without distortion. Without the story. Without the defense. Without the performance. More awareness is the end of pretending. More power is the end of inner conflict. More wisdom is the end of reaction. So if the undistorted version of you were here now — What would it stop maintaining? What would it stop protecting? What would it refuse to keep rehearsing? You are not trying to awaken. You are trying to survive your own clarity..... And clarity dissolves what it sees. What are you ready to stop pretending not to know? 🫠Curious what you think

💥This One Question May Change How You Life Will Unfold....
Let me ask you a question that may change your life, if you give it enough consideration.... Here it is... 💥If you had a magic wand—and you could become instantly more aware of just one thing in your life— what would it be? Not something you’d fix... Deeper... Not something you’d improve.... Just something you’d finally see clearly. in YOURSELF... Like: A pattern you keep repeating... and don't know how to change it... A reaction you don’t fully understand yet...but which happens too often.... Something you sense is running the show in the background.... I found, what’s interesting is that most people don’t lack answers.... What they lack, is accurate awareness of what’s actually driving things.... Which makes this question life -changingly powerful.💥 So I’m really curious—and am inviting you to share this here.... what came to mind before you tried to think of a good answer?

@Ni Om Good question. Its the field of infinite potentiality which responds to your intention.. It provides a mirror. It's also a quantum law and well documented phenomenon... What you have now ia a mirror of what you unconsciously expected snd executed with precision...
