Schumann resonance generator? Huh?

Anyone here ever fuck around with a Schumann resonance generator? There are a bunch of studies that suggest it has genuine health benefits. I bought one on Amazon last night, looking forward to using it.
For those who don’t know what I’m talking about,
The Schumann resonance is 7.83 hz, which falls inline with not only the earth’s electromagnetic frequency, but also falls in the range with human brain waves Alpha and Theta. The Theta wave is associated with REM sleep, and deep relaxation.
I’m sure you guys have seen them blasted on instagram.
Anybody have one of these?
