Hello and introduction
So happy to be here to connect to my people 🙂💞. Loved the introduction video by Ray, love your sense of humor 😀. The video remind me about Osho who was totally rebellious mystic. I have a very strong other life connection to him. My life was a challenging journey. I grew up in a very strict, conventional family in former Soviet Union. Life and people didn’t make any sense to me, I felt old even I was young, I couldn’t wait until it’s over. One day my coworker gave me a Seth book. It was totally unexpected, but I was ready. Even I didn’t know anything about spirituality, those books made total sense to me, I just knew it was true. I never looked back, went through many teachings, mostly channelers. Professionally I was an engineer and then a computer programmer. I left my corporate job at the beginning of Covid. I became a movement teacher and a life couch. I don’t really follow anybody anymore, my intentions is to find my answer inside, follow my inner guidance, embody the teachings. I am longing for genuine connection and community. Looking forward to find it here 💞

Welcome, fellow Spirit Rebel, It is wonderful to have you here with us. Thank you for sharing a little about your spiritual journey and how you are now helping others through movement and coaching. Truly more helpers are needed in this time of unpredictability. When you say movement, dance, as in Tai Chi, or is there a specific name? I am aware dance is a powerful way of channeling spirit throughout the body, but is there a specific way in which this movement should be done?
Laughter Workout!
This came across my feed today, and I had no idea how much I needed this. I did not even know there was such an exercise for laughter, but I love it! Immediately boosted my mood, from always positive to absolutely radiant! Behold the power of laughter! https://youtu.be/oOVRfvw1m6A?si=uAdxQubWh4ik-3oY

@Mandi Thompson I'm considering asking my supervisor at the assisted living facility I work at, if we could do a laughter workout routine with the folks. I think they might enjoy it and it really does improve overall health!

The moon is our faithful witness, the lessor light of heaven for keeping track of seasons and appointed times. The moon is necessary for keeping Earth in balance, keeps the ocean tides rolling and our rotation around the sun, steady.

@Disere Nau we only know what we are told, and it's all made up, so what kind of cheese are we talking about? Blue cheese, or white cheddar?
“Bad Habits”
I’m on week 10 of Rey’s “mmm”(monster mind mastery) and it focuses on “bad habits” and being neutral and reframing them to see how it is helping me. He recommended to start with the “weakest demon” so that you can gain more power to beat your strongest demon which for me it is weed and sex. As I went into the process of writing down the the things holding me back I realized that I have a weakness in taking accountability. That has led me to reflecting on my relationship. This reflection gave me insight into my girlfriend’s heart and the wound that has not healed because of the lack of the accountability on my part. Now I’m going to have a conversation with her this week, after some practice! I honestly feel like I’m wiping my mirror clean bit by bit.Thank you Rey! I did not want to spend that bread but glad I did! Note: if you put a good prompt in Claud it can help you get a deeper understanding into You.

Congratulations on noticing not taking accountability as an area of opportunity is a huge win! Your girlfriend will appreciate your level up in maturity. Good luck on the talk with her and remember, remaining neutral keeps energy flowing. 😁
Hello From Spain 🌞
Time to introduce myself. I am originally from Denmark but have lived in Spain for 6 years with husband and 4 kids❤️ My spiritual path for the first 47 years of my live was rocket and not really connected. The last year I know exactly why. The consuming of processed food cluttered my signal.and the last year I've cleared the signal eating only 1 ingredient food. I am now able to live highly connected to myself to spirit and my intuition. Much love to you all ❤️

@Miranda Van Gogh that is true, carbs break down and are utilized faster, thus making us hungry. I've been working on listening to my body and what it wants verses what it needs. Apparently it likes sugar, a lot. I've been trying to regulate the cravings, it's been a challenge. Do you have any recommendations? Perhaps a conversation post on what you've learned on your healthy food path, because it truly is tied together with our connection to source.
