I've been getting a LOT of valuable feedback from our members on the podcast booking service for which we are GRATEFUL! We want our booking service to be the most reliable out there in terms of connectivity, reach, and enrollment. It's part of our mission to put a microphone up to the mouths of people who's messages we can get behind. So with that, we have a few updates, and a couple of requests so we can make bookings go even smoother. 1. Week Locking: On Sunday, the following week will be locked. We will not book you for shows that same week, to keep your appearances streamlined and easy to track. 2. New Column in click up! The new column in click up is a confirmation that you are seeing the podcast appointment on your personal calendar. As you see the podcast appointment on your personal calendar, move the podcast out of the "Guest Calendar" column to the "Needs recording link" column if you still don't have a recording link, or straight to the "Needs Rec. Confirmation" column if you have the recording link. 3. Text Reminders - We are thinking of implementing automated text reminders to your appointments so you can get a reminder prior to your appearance.
