Let's Talk Webinars...
If you've ever thought of hosting one, or even if you have already got a webinar under you belt, this is for you. Webinars are a platform for you to train on a skill that your audience needs. Webinars can be... - FREE to host - Sell a product - Go on replay through emails/ads You don't need a lot of fancy equipment, or software to start. Here's what you will need: 1. A webcam 2. A good microphone 3. An understanding of what you'll be teaching 4. A solid Call to Action (CTA) 5. An Audience Let me ask this - which one of these 5 things feels the hardest?

7 Stages you might not be thinking of...
7 Stages you should be on, but you might not be thinking of - Podcasts - Lives - Short Form - Long Form Videos - Stories - Webinars - Communities 1. Podcasts: Your own or someone else's. (I highly recommend starting your own if you want to be seen as an expert in your niche). Shoot for 1 a month if you're new to it, and then work your way up to one a week. 2. Lives on social media. Go live to 2 minutes, every day for 2 weeks. Give the 2 minute version of your keynote, no matter how many people join. 3. Short Form Video. Reels, YouTube shorts, tiktok, whatever your platform - short form media is usually what people will use to determine if you are "for them" or not. (Hack: you can trim podcast episodes to do this) 4. Long Form Videos. Most often, we're talking YouTube here. Make sure to name the video with the question your ideal client will type into google. 5. Webinars. THIS IS EXCELLENT PRACTICE!! Again, shoot for 1-2 a year to start, and then work your way up to once a month. 6. Communities - Just like this one. You can create them on Skool (Use this link: https://www.skool.com/signup?ref=cf6a6ffee1184e908b7ad9418bd96060) or you can create them in your go high level with a custom app. Which one are you going to try this week?

What Counts as a stage?
Give yourself some credit - My guess is that you have been on more stages than you think, and if you're looking for your next stage, well, stop waiting. My friend Scott Donnell got invited to speak on the Tony Robbins stage. So did my friend Ben Kjar (and when I say friends, yes I have their phone numbers). You know how they got invited? They were already speaking. Quit waiting for an invitation to speak. Open up your phone, turn on your camera and make it happen.

What TED(x) is and ISN'T
I had @Kimberly Parry come on the podcast for a 2nd time to talk about the TED(x) stage. A LOT of speakers think that it's a hallmark stage that they HAVE to get on. I'm not throwing any shade on TED(x), but you should know what stages ARE and ARE NOT, and what they WILL and WILL NOT do for you. https://youtu.be/2Vk2cOtD6BQ?si=_0wlE7-8tn_61AI7 Listen to this episode if you have ever thought of setting TED(x) as a goal. Thank you @Kimberly Parry for your expertise and insight.

I've been MIA
A few years ago, we were behind on our mortgage, car payments and credit. It's hard to admit, since I placed SO MUCH of my business (and reputation) on creating an income from stage. 10 years ago I was on foodstamps. I learned how to speak, and how to sell, and then I started making about a hefty multiple six figures a year. Then, everything changed. I got fired from my job. My stage got taken away - the leads got taken away - and most importantly, my income got taken away. We lived off of our savings for a long time when we started up our own company's We started a med-spa. Then it closed. We bought a nail salon. Then it closed too. Richard and I spent SO MUCH TIME betting on everyone else while we watched our savings get closer and closer to zero. Then less than zero. It was like watching a dumpster fire. Sometimes we can be really stubborn while God is trying to teach us. As we took this picture, it meant more than seeing a magical landscape - it meant we had our freedom back. It meant we had our time back. It meant we had our feet under us again. I'm going to tell you this right now – you WILL crash and burn in your business. Plan on it. Literally save up for it, because it WILL happen. And probably not just once. But you will also FLY. You will have those thank you notes filling up your wall. You will have those vacations that you dreamed about. You will feel the sand in your toes as you kick up on the beach. Success= Consistency+Time This is just your reminder to keep at it.
