HOT TAKE
Quitting your worst habit will change your life faster than starting your best habit. Most men try to stack good habits on top of a leaking foundation. Early mornings. Cold plunges. Journals. New workouts. All good things. But if you’re still: - Doom scrolling late at night - Drinking more than you should - Numbing out instead of dealing with stress - Carrying resentment, bitterness, or unchecked anger - Avoiding hard conversations - Letting negative self-talk run unchecked You’re pouring water into a bucket with a hole in the bottom. Stop the leak before you fill the bucket. One habit. One leak. That thing you already know is costing you energy, peace, discipline, and leadership at home. You don’t need 10 new habits right now. You need to remove the one that’s draining you. 👉 Question for the brotherhood: What’s the ONE habit you know you need to quit this year? Drop it below if you’re willing to own it. And if you want help plugging the leak, you know where to find me. Strength. Purpose. Legacy. Be the Rebel.

@Gopika Ashok M you got it
Come As You Are. Just Show Up
You don’t need to be fixed before you start. You don’t need more confidence, more clarity, or a better week first. You need presence. Come tired. Come unsure. Come frustrated. Come with questions. Come carrying weight. But come. Show up the way you are today and do the best you can with what you have. That is enough. You can do hard things. You can keep your word. You can choose discipline even when you don’t feel strong. You can become the man you’re meant to be, one intentional step at a time. This is how rebuilding actually works: - Show up with intention - Act with integrity - Stay consistent when it’s uncomfortable You don’t have to see the whole path. You don’t have to control the outcome. You do your part. God does the rest. Today’s win isn’t perfection. It’s presence. Show up. Build. Repeat

Finances for Speakers...
Here are some numbers you need to know that affect your income: 1. How much do you want to make per year speaking? 2. What's your speaker fee? 3. What's your core offer? 4. What's your opt-in rate (how many people download your free item from a given audience)? 5. What's your booking rate (how many people who got your free item, book a call with you)? 6. What's your closing rate (how many people who got your opt-in, bought)? 7. What's your ALV (Average Lifetime Value) per customer? 8. What's your ACV (Average Cart Value - the amount they spend when they buy) per customer? Once you know these numbers, you'll be able to calculate your speaker fees, the number of appearances you need to make per year, and how much time you can spend toes up on the beach.

Park Bench
🪑 If you could sit on this bench for one hour and talk with anyone from your past… who would it be? They could be living or dead. A parent. A mentor. A friend you lost touch with. Or maybe a version of yourself from years ago. Now here’s the real question 👇 What would you ask them? What would you wish you had said? What truth do you think they would tell you that you’re avoiding right now? Most men don’t drift because they lack information. They drift because there are unfinished conversations living in their chest. This exercise isn’t about nostalgia. It’s about clarity. Sometimes the wisdom we’re chasing forward… is already waiting for us behind us. 👇 Your turn (don’t overthink it): • Who would you sit with? • Why them? • What’s the one question you’d ask? Say it out loud here. You never know who else needs to read it.
