How is everyones week / month / year going so far?
Im working on my vibration. Ive got a lot going on with relaunching my coaching business, learning to drive and my job in advertising, social life, creating content, working out, kick boxing, travel etc (lifeing). Its a juggling of energy and i noticed towards the end of last week i was struggling to keep my vibration up, and my mind was taking over a bit.
Ive refocused on my practices of meditation, gratitude and checking in with body throughout the day, taking rest when needed, and eating more nourishing foods. So far its working well.
If you have a routine thats great, but don't feel like you cant adjust, change something, refocus if its not working for you any more or you feel something slipping.
Keep listening to your body, your energy levels and adjust accordingly.
