I can still barely move my body

I have severe ME and myasthenia gravis, I do breath work and many meditations but it's still so severe. Now I have nowhere to go tomorrow I've made as many phone calls and tried to reach out to many resources as I could but still nothing. I won't make it in my van I can barely sit up and it's very dangerous for me to drive. Worse than being drunk. Feels like I've been crushed off and I have 2,000 lb on top of me a large majority of the time and when it eases up it doesn't ease up very much I'm still extremely weak all the time. I can't even take my dog out anymore I'm going to have to rehome him. SSDI gives me $900 a month and expects me to live on it.
