Go on and do that thang Adam!!!!!aka day 31

Today I was gonna do a full session and realized today was just not that day😹 1. I woke up late and 2. I don’t wanna deal with what might come up.

As I scrolled the YouTube channel I was like I don’t wanna do one that long. I was about to come do one of the daily practices in the classroom when I ran into Adam’s smiling face on a split screen.

I’m am so grateful for the many heart 💜 connections in that practice. I know I was guided to that one because it was the best way to start the New Year.

Many times when I’ve talked to folks about abundance it’s often accompanied by talks of material and some superficial things. Abundance for me is so much more. Throughout the practice my heart grew more full of love and gratitude. I thought about an abundance of health and wisdom. There are also thoughts of financial gain. Money gives us freedom to create the lives we want. It can also put us in places of movers and shakers.

What do you want to create? I want to create a life where I can help others, to show them that they don’t have to suffer, to help them find ways to be self reliant and self sufficient, to help build a better world for the next generations.

I pray as we go through our days we remember we are the dreamers of love, we are the creators of our own destiny and we are abundant!
