7 day journey
So with a week of breathing practice and training in breathwork I can honestly feel the change. I did do journey breath with my husband from the 3 day class's video as well. My mind is adjusting still and adapting to these changes within me. It can feel overwhelming to me as a facilitator and intuitive. Last night I felt the peak insanity mode coming. I know this process well within myself. So I decided to check in because I seen a pinned post here as I was checking the group notifications and such. So thank you guys for sharing your journeys!!!
This app and sharing of your truths here did help me. I found I was just tired from holding space and the days demands. So I went to sleep. Listening to my body and allowing myself space to rest.
What led me to overwhelm is how my spiritual reality is shifting and clearing each day. I didn't realize how much I was just practicing out of "should" do these things. So I am allowing space for grief today in my breath practice. The check in is what made space for truth of I needed rest. Rest is what allowed me to realize my grief for being led into practice that wasn't my own truth. The somatic breath is my foundation at this point. It is allowing me to see my own truth as valid, important, and needed in its authentic form.
So if this FEELS like a lot to any of you as your nervous system regulates, you are not alone. Overwhelm is real and valid. Find your breath and allow space to see what you need to regulate.
