Eating healthier became easier to stay consistent with when I changed my perspective from depriving myself of certain foods, to thinking about preserving my body so that it can help me achieve what I want to.
Our bodies are the vessels that we need to carry us to our goals - we can’t mistreat the vessel and expect to reach the top of the mountain 💪
