Question - Insulin resistance
Hi JP. ๐Ÿ‘‹Going shopping for my healthy eating plan today during my I AM challange.. any advice on what I should get to manage insulien resistance. Been managing it with GLP3 for about a year. But I'm afraid it's too expensive to maintain and also a concern that GLP causes muscle loss as well. ๐Ÿ™‚
