The pattern I AM changing is allowing myself to feel overwhelmed.
This is a difficult task as I need to stop feeling overwhelmed even though I cannot fix the stress factors today or tomorrow. What I can fix though are the moments of feeling defeated. I AM going to challenge myself, when I start feeling overwhelmed. I am going to make sure I keep busy, read a book, do some of my AI course, or whatever it is. But I am not going to allow myself to become defeated and dysfunctional. And will do something I love, like play Padel or get to gym. I AM doing my best to say enough.
