I received a feedback about loosing weight, this person was interested on what I was doing to loose weight. her words were "you lost so much weight so nicely "
It is only 15 days of consistent exercise, what will consistency achieve...I can only imagine it is loading. I wasn't even not aware that results are starting to show, as for me I AM focused on the journey, consistency and maintenance.
Not distractions ....I AM becoming daily there is more
