I tried to post this post earlier but it disappeared. I will summarize here. I received a feedback about loosing weight, this person was interested on what I was doing to loose weight. her words were "you lost so much weight so nicely " It is only 15 days of consistent exercise, what will consistency achieve...I can only imagine it is loading. I wasn't even not aware that results are starting to show, as for me I AM focused on the journey, consistency and maintenance. Not distractions ....I AM becoming daily there is more

Weekend walkers and Builders
We keep the the consistency 💯 💪 and every step 🚶‍♀️ count. Even if we wish to, we cannot afford make that action required. I AM, let us do this every kilo counts. I know even@Jp might not be able to walk,but I know he will be eating healthy. We are well let us walk & act 🎬 and make it count.
It is well @Adri Van Staden remember you win everytime. Next you will take that step. Look at yesterday this way 😍 you became aware of an old habit. Now, you will be intentional in taking steps in direction, that favors the New body/ health Identity. Well done 👏 ✔️

The Habit That Worked Best: Early morning start, prepping my space One Challenge I Noticed: Its hard to focus on just 1 priority One Adjustment I Made: Just write one thing down at a time and complete it. My Minimum Standard: 1 habit at a time. Don’t plan too many things at once. My Recovery Rule: If I miss a habit, I will review and just start again. Today I proved: I AM someone who builds a system I can follow consistently because small steps build success. Important reminder, don’t dwell on what you could not complete, just focus on the next task. Every day you build yourself up, little by little you will get there.🤍

I have deadlines Monday, but I do commit to the program. I will do atleast min 2.5 km Saturday and Sunday. I AM committed to my Health Identity.
Target exceeded i planned to do 2.5km, but I achieved 3.36 km this morning. I even suprised my self i was faster brisk with an ankle. I enjoyed it and feel so good. I have covered so much afterwards, what powerful energy
