One Adjustment I Made:Instead of scheduling hard tasks at a rigid time, I dedicate a morning window (anytime before noon) to complete them
My Minimum Standard:completing hard tasks before noon
My Recovery Rule:
If I miss a habit, I will do the habit again the following day
Today I proved:
I AM someone who builds a system I can follow consistently because I am building an identity of success
