Recipe for your nervous system!
This will Calm your nervouse system and give you a massive boost.
Use them based on your own physical reaction to these ingredients.
(The REAL organic stuff and I avoid anything that says Irradiated)
- Slow warmed Coconut Milk
- Cacao (Pretend youre making coffee, use that much)
- Turmeric (pinch)
- Cleanest Dessert salt or Celtic salt you can get
- Honey (don't mix with metal or steel or plastic, get you some wooden spoons)
This is a cup of yummy for your spirit and your tummy.
Add ins that I also recommend from time to time:
- Lions mane or Shitake mushroom powder
- Ginger powder combined with a bit of cinnamon
- Creatine with a sweetner like honey (helps with absorption)
And if you want some bloodflow,
- a pinch cayenne pepper works great
