My new daily motto
As the old pattern comes calling, I can sense it's desire to be, come nearer. I meet it, greet it, and if necessary, close the door on this guest I no longer want to allow into my home. Sometimes... I allow a friend in, just to realise, it was the guest I tried to despise, instead, it's now a disguise. However it becomes easier to recognise this guest, the more I decide to wait until I see the experience I deeply desire. Not settling for the half filled version of whatever feeling I'm hoping to experience, but rather, the wholeness of the dream I desire. Saying no, until I have Infront of me, what I desire to say yes to.

I showed up for someone else today
I showed up for a young girl who had her world turned upside down. I didn't have time or energy but i went to fetch her and her little ones to leave a toxic environment and dropped them off at her parents.

Good on you. So sad, hope they manage this difficult time.
Day 6 done
My nr 1 area is health. So far for this week I exercised every day and I ate right and looked at what I put into my body. Then for my mind I was attempted to talk positive and thought before I spoke anything. It is still a work in progress but much better.
