My new daily motto
As the old pattern comes calling, I can sense it's desire to be, come nearer. I meet it, greet it, and if necessary, close the door on this guest I no longer want to allow into my home. Sometimes... I allow a friend in, just to realise, it was the guest I tried to despise, instead, it's now a disguise. However it becomes easier to recognise this guest, the more I decide to wait until I see the experience I deeply desire. Not settling for the half filled version of whatever feeling I'm hoping to experience, but rather, the wholeness of the dream I desire. Saying no, until I have Infront of me, what I desire to say yes to.

Some days you’re just… tired. Tired of showing up. Tired of doing the work. Tired of holding it all together And if I’m honest… today is one of those days. But here’s the thing no one really talks about: You don’t always get to feel like the person you’re becoming. Sometimes you just have to be them anyway No hype No motivation No perfect mindset Just: ā€œI said I wouldā€ → so I do Because this isn’t about how I feel today It’s about who I’m deciding to be long-term So even on the messy days…even when it’s not pretty… I AM still here I AM still showing up And that counts more than people realise

Cup of Life in The Morning
Recipe for your nervous system! This will Calm your nervouse system and give you a massive boost. Use them based on your own physical reaction to these ingredients. (The REAL organic stuff and I avoid anything that says Irradiated) - Slow warmed Coconut Milk - Cacao (Pretend youre making coffee, use that much) - Turmeric (pinch) - Cleanest Dessert salt or Celtic salt you can get - Honey (don't mix with metal or steel or plastic, get you some wooden spoons) This is a cup of yummy for your spirit and your tummy. Add ins that I also recommend from time to time: - Lions mane or Shitake mushroom powder - Ginger powder combined with a bit of cinnamon - Creatine with a sweetner like honey (helps with absorption) And if you want some bloodflow, - a pinch cayenne pepper works great
