Begin Here: The Society of Ordinary Gentlemen
The Society of Ordinary Gentlemen, the O.G.’s of Gentlemanly Behavior, was created to provide a haven where gentlemen and ladies can communicate with each other in a polite and courteous setting. While many discussions will center around genteel behavior, humor, fashion, food, mental and physical well-being, and the active mentoring of a new generation of gentlemen, no topic of discussion is off limits provided the discussion is conducted within the Code of Conduct of the Society. The Society of Ordinary Gents is not a platform for recruiting members into sub-groups, special membership groups, or educational or financial opportunities. Blessed and Great full
Today my bride, my grandson spent the morning making breakfast and lunch/ dinner for the homeless. We made sausages, egg, cheese, McGriddles for their breakfast. Then we made a big meal of Chinese food, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Egg Rolls, Shrimp Fried Rice, and Crab Rangoon. Then made plates and went Around and delivered them. We had a blessed 2025 year and wanted to help start some people in need with hope for 2026. Nothing like bring food , visiting, and praying with them if they want. This was just the first round of six rounds

Brandy. You're A Fine Girl
I went to the liquor store today and bought some Bourbon cause I don't want to be alone for the holiday. While there I thought of buying some Brandy for when it's too early for Bourbon. I was whelmed by the choices and beautiful bottles. I didn't buy any Brandy because I hadn't done any research. I would like recommendations for the brands I should try. Thanks
Middle East
When I was in the Navy, I saw the world, some good places and some bad places. By far, the worst was the middle east. As far as I am concerned, the middle eastern countries only want two things from the United States: Our money and for us to fight wars for them. In the Gulf War, being the Supply Officer of a Seabee Battalion, I was responsible for getting our latrines pumped, getting potable water, getting supplies and equipment and contracting out other services like transportation. I talked to them on a daily basis. They told me if Israel enters the War, they would switch sides and fight with Iraq. They couldn't be trusted or believed. That is my experience with middle eastern countries. I would like to know if anyone has ever had a positive experience with any middle eastern country. Has anyone else been to a middle eastern country?
