The Great Sunday Meeting 🥃
Dear Members, I address you today to welcome you to tomorrow’s Society Meeting. Last week we had a great meeting filled with an interesting exchange of ideas, while it was also improved with some laughs and funny topics. We’re on average 6/7 members per meeting. Last week an idea was brought by @Jo Henderson about having the voting for different topics to discuss on a poll during the week. This week that hasn’t been made, but this upcoming week you’ll see something similar between Tuesday and Thursday. This time I won’t be able to appear, but I’m sure you’re going to enjoy a pleasant conversation. That being said, enjoy tomorrow’s meeting by raising your glasses and picking a place near the fireplace as you’ll await around 3 hours of magnificent entertainment! The meeting begins at: 11:00 PM Zurich 10:00 PM London 5:00 PM NY 4:00 PM TX 2:00 PM CA 9:00 AM Melbourne AU 11:00 AM Wellington NZ To join us you just have to click on the banner at the top at the certain hour. Right side of where you have to press, there’s a red banner that says “LIVE”. Remember to turn on your microphone and camera to enjoy the full experience!

Are You Even Aware?
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, You know one of the characteristics of being ladies and gentlemen in society is the ability to be aware of the things, events, and current affairs around you. This is very important if you want to contribute to society and have a voice, but also if you want to be aware and make sound decisions. Have you heard the old adage " everything old is new again?" Or maybe " history is doomed to repeat itself?" many of you have, but what does this have to do with you? As a ladies or gentleman in society, everything, because this is starting to happen right under your noses. There is becoming a shift in the work environment, more companies and industries are starting to go back into the standard dress codes, code of conduct, and requirements. Several police departments around the country are now requiring their detectives to dress in a more professional type clothing like suits, slacks, ties, blazers for men, and slacks, blouses, and blazers for women, even in office settings; men and women are being required to wear business appropriate attire and maybe business casual on Fridays, this is a trend as some might call it, but is actually going to become the norm for many, even those that are required to wear a standard uniform, will be required to wear them in a certain way and adhere to the strict dress code. This is because they have found that with the decline in people's personal appearance, this has also affected their work performance as well as their logical thinking. Now many will disagree, but this has been proven in their rational thinking and the way workforce confrontation and hostility in the workplace is being handled. By implementing these changes and revert to standards and code of conducts, businesses are seeing an increase in productivity, decrease in workforce violence and disagreements. So, what does this mean to you? Everything! Because you have already begun this transformation way before this became an issue, you are part of the reason why the change and the standards are coming back into existence in the first place. You have become the benchmark, the standard in your area of work, and which will become the standard even for the environments that you come into or attend on a regular basis. This means that your employers, supervisors, and people in your field are going to be looking towards you to be that leader, that go to person. Your friends, co-workers, family members, even people that you thought didn't even know you existed, are going to be coming to you for advice, tips, and asking questions. Are you up for the challenge?

🫧National Bubble Wrap Day🫧 It's that satisfying pop, the protection for fragile stuff, the stress-relief tool, all rolled into one — a true unsung hero of packaging! National Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day brightens up the end of January each year, specifically on the last Monday of the month. It’s a day that celebrates the joy of popping bubble wrap, a simple activity that brings immense pleasure and stress relief to many. This day also honors bubble wrap’s crucial role in protecting fragile items during shipping, highlighting its versatility and importance beyond just packing material. The history of bubble wrap is quite fascinating. Invented in 1957 by engineers Alfred Fielding and Marc Chavannes, bubble wrap initially failed as a textured wallpaper. It wasn’t until later that its potential for packaging was realized. By 1961, bubble wrap had found its first major use in protecting IBM 1401 computers during shipping. The idea of a Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day itself came about in 2001, thanks to a radio station in Bloomington, Indiana, which celebrated the material following a fun, engaging broadcast that involved popping bubble wrap on air. People celebrate this day in various creative ways. From participating in bubble wrap popping competitions to creating art or outfits from bubble wrap, the day encourages everyone to find joy and innovation in this unique material. Schools, workplaces, and friends often join in the fun, sharing their bubble-popping experiences online or in person, making it a widely enjoyed occasion. Whether for stress relief, protective purposes, or just for fun, bubble wrap has cemented its place in our lives, and its appreciation day is a testament to its enduring appeal.
