The King Who Touched a Person
You know the story.
Midas wished everything he touched would turn to gold.
For an hour, paradise.
Then his bread turned to metal, his wine to stone, and when his daughter ran to hug him, she froze into a golden statue mid-stride.
That's where they usually end it.
Greed ruins what you love.
Roll credits.
But there's a version they don't tell you.
The god comes back and changes the curse.
Now the gold doesn't stay on what Midas touches, it passes into them.
And the people he touches get the touch, too.
He grabs his daughter, desperate, and she gasps awake, warm and alive.
Then she turns and touches the frozen gardener beside her.
By the end of the year, the kingdom didn't have one king with a golden touch.
It had thousands of people who couldn't stop creating.
And nobody could take it from them, because it didn't live in a crown.
It lived in their hands.
That's the whole month.
So, before you scroll, sit with these:
๐Who in your community is frozen mid-stride right now, one touch away from gasping awake?
๐What is the actual outcome that would wake them up? Not "be more active." The real one.
๐How do you currently know they are making progress?
๐If you're honest, are you still hoarding the gold, keeping the wins pointed at yourself?
๐๐And the big one: what would it take for your member to turn around and touch someone else?

One name. One outcome. Reach out and touch somebody.
