We're so glad you decided to come hang out with us. 😊 For those who haven't met Dennis yet, he's the builder behind The Confidence Reset System, where he's helping people find the confidence to move forward, even when they don't feel quite ready. I went over and spent a little time looking at what he's building, and one message caught my attention right away. “Ready is not a feeling. Ready is something you build.” Dennis, you know you're speaking my language! How many times do we hold ourselves back because we're waiting to feel ready? I think most of us have been there a time or two. 😂 Something else I appreciate about Dennis is his belief that friendships come first. That means so very much to me. Two wonderful women I'm excited to celebrate! 🎉💜 I've been looking through the speaker lineup for the Human Advantage Summit, and there are so many conversations I'm looking forward to! Two I'm especially excited about are from @Christy Keeter and @Jessica Cosci ❤️ Christy is a dear friend and a fellow former educator. She's going to be sharing how we can take all those skills, experiences, ideas, and resources we've collected over the years and begin connecting the pieces, with a little help from AI. And our friend, Jessica, who's bringing this whole summit together, is tackling something I think we can all relate to. Just because AI can help us create something quickly doesn't necessarily mean we've created something people need! She's going to walk us through thinking about the people we're serving, the results we're trying to help them achieve, and what really needs to be included in an offer before we start building it. You can probably see why I'm excited about both conversations! 😂 I'll be sharing how our own experience might become the foundation for bringing people together through a community-led business. Three different perspectives, but so much that connects them. The Human Advantage Summit runs November 2–4, and registration is free. 💜 Registration I'm especially grateful to Jessica for bringing all these different voices together. You're always encouraging someone, sharing what you've learned, or finding a way to help somebody take that next step. And I love that about you! For those of you who haven't met Christy yet, she's the heart behind Building Digitally with Christy, where she helps people explore building an online business, find their footing, and take those first steps without feeling like they have to know everything. She's building something that reflects who she is. Generous, encouraging, grounded in faith, and genuinely wanting to see other people succeed. But here's what I really want to celebrate today. The friend behind the community. Christy, I'm so glad Skool brought us together. What started as a connection between two community builders has become a friendship I truly treasure. Today, I hope you get to be on the receiving end of all that love and encouragement you're so good at giving everyone else! There's something I've been wanting to do for a while. We spend so much time talking about building our communities, growing our businesses, and figuring out what comes next. But sometimes, I think we forget to stop and really SEE the people we're building alongside.
