@Avinash Khatri We are starting a 90 day run... and for the first 30 days... I am going all in with my YT channels... I just decided I wanted to be in one place vs all over social media platforms... One platform and One community!!! You can do anything for 30 days... all in!!! I love learning new things... and sharing what I learn... and YT is more of an educational how to teaching platform... so win win!!!

Well... apparently WE are in the jar. 😂 We created In the Build because building gets messy, and we wanted a place to share what we're figuring out while we're still figuring it out. So, our turn. Here's our messy middle. Once people get inside Skoolology, they seem to GET it. They participate. They stay. They tell other people about us. But getting people through the front door? That's where we're stuck. Most of our growth has come through referrals. Someone who already understands Skoolology tells someone else why they should be here. That tells us something. We don't think the experience inside Skoolology is the problem. We think we may not be communicating clearly enough from the outside what Skoolology IS and why it matters. And with plans to start bringing people here through YouTube, sending more traffic to a front door that isn't doing its job doesn't make much sense. 😂 So we've been doing exactly what we encourage all of you to do. Questioning our assumptions. Looking at what's actually happening. And resisting the urge to just FIX something before we understand what's wrong. One tough line came out of that conversation: Stop fixing your Skool before you know what's actually wrong. Ouch. 😂 We caught ourselves doing it, too. So rather than disappearing behind the scenes and coming back with a shiny new About page, we're bringing our jar to you. For those of you who understand Skoolology now, what do you understand AFTER being here that we aren't communicating well enough BEFORE someone joins? Don't write our About page for us. 😂 Tell us what you can see from outside our jar that we might be too close to see ourselves. One more thing while we're being open about it. We're also tightening up a few things inside based on what you've all told us this week. 😘 Nothing dramatic, just refining. We'll bring you that as it takes shape.

🌿 Community Pivot Incoming ....
I would love your feedback please wise and wonderful Skoologists. I am making some changes in my community to bring in more benefits and value for our members. We started off as a forest regeneration group to try and help financially support our efforts, but switching to a much more member-centric approach with the profits still going to the forest project. This community is also to share our ever evolving story to help support and inspire others. Background: The new community concept follows our personal story. We started with our family recycling, swapping our supermarket shampoo for a natural shampoo bar and evolved over time to an 850 acre forest regeneration project, nature accommodation, and following our personal dreams/goals/vision that is evolving into something truly magickal and well beyond anything we initially imagined. It will be a group that meets you where you are at. We start small ..... for example, take one product in your home that is about to run out and see if you can find a healthier/more environmentally friendly alternative. We won't tell you what to buy, but we will support you and teach you what to look for so you can be a conscious and informed consumer. You can stay there or you we can take you deeper. How to make your own products,, do you even need this product? and so on. As this evolves we encourage our members to think, if I can change this in my home, what can I change in my personal life, career, wider community. What is one small meaningful change I can make that will ripple out to something more in alignment for the life and world that I want to live in? The name and tag lines I have come up with that feel the strongest are: Community Name: Start Small. Live Well. Tag Line: Practical choices. Conscious living. Benefits (to get people to have a look in): Save Money • Save Time • Healthier Home • Healthier You I am, what some might call, 'woo woo' so as far as the name goes this is me trying to be a little bit 'normal' and work in with Discovery, algorithms and all that stuff.

Helen... I may not be your exact ideal member... but looking at it from a messaging perspective... I really love the heart behind this pivot!!! “Start Small... Live Well...” feels welcoming and removes the pressure to change everything overnight... My only thought is that... by itself... the name may be a little broad for someone scrolling through Discovery... Something like “Start Small... Live Well... | Simple Sustainable Living...” might help people immediately understand what the community offers... I also think your story of going from changing one product in your home to an 850-acre forest regeneration project is your greatest hook... That beautifully proves how one small change really can create a much bigger ripple... Maybe a tagline such as “Small swaps... Healthier homes... A better world...” would make the member benefit and your larger mission even clearer... You have a wonderful story and concept here!!! I encourage you to put your thoughts into WORK Chatgpt... work chat is different than just regular chat... tell it your thoughts and dreams... and your goals... tell it to search discovery in Skool and see what is close to your community thought... then ask it to give you 5 different highly searches in your niche that would benefit your perfect customer within Skool and then web searches... you will be surprised what it will feed back to you with suggestions... if you do not like what it is coming up with... Ask it to dig deeper... or you need more clarity moving forward in your community to serve your perfect customer... It is your best assistant... just keep talking to it for the clarity and vision that you are search for... if you need help... just leave a comment... and I'll create you a video of how to dig deeper... Blessings on your journey!!!

🌟 Meet the Builder: Christy Keeter
What if building an income didn't have to cost you your presence? That question sits at the heart of what @Christy Keeter is building. Christy is a former teacher, digital entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of Building Digitally. She teaches everyday people practical digital skills. She helps entrepreneurs bring the scattered pieces of their businesses together. And through Presence Over Paycheck, she's building around a belief that runs much deeper than business: The moments that matter shouldn't always have to come second to making a living. When I asked Christy what change she hopes to create, she told me: “I want to help people realize they have options beyond trading their presence for a paycheck.” She wants people who feel overwhelmed, scattered, or unsure to discover that they can learn the skills to create something of their own. Something that gives them more choices. Something that honors their faith and family. Something that allows them to be present for moments they can never get back. 💛 I've had a different view of Christy's journey than I've had with some of our other Headliners. I've gotten to watch it up close. I've watched her build something and rethink it. Try something and learn from it. Ask questions. Make videos. Change direction when something no longer felt right. And somewhere in all of those conversations, Christy became much more than another community builder I knew on Skool. She became my friend. 💛 And one of the things I treasure most about Christy is how often she notices someone else. She celebrates their win. She checks on them. She helps when they're struggling. She makes sure someone gets welcomed. She reminds them they can do this. Sometimes she is cheering for someone else's first member while she's right in the middle of building her own next thing. That tells me a lot about the kind of community builder she is. Christy also said something when I invited her to be today's Meet the Builder that stayed with me:

Donna… I am truly humbled by this... 💛... Reading your words felt like seeing the different pieces of my journey through the eyes of someone who has walked closely enough to witness both the progress and the pivots... Being named a Skoolology Headliner is such an incredible honor... But being seen for the woman behind the work... the teacher... friend... learner... encourager... and imperfect builder who keeps showing up... may be the greatest gift of all... This journey has not been a straight line... There have been questions... changes... lessons... and many faithful steps into the unknown... But every one of them has helped me become clearer about what matters most: helping people realize they have options... learn practical skills... build something of their own... and make room for the lives they do not want to miss... The teacher in me will always teach... The friend in me will always celebrate someone else’s win... And the builder in me will continue learning... adjusting... and building around what matters... Thank you to Donna and the entire Skoolology community for giving my story a permanent place among so many incredible community builders... Donna... I am awfully glad Skool introduced us too... Your friendship... encouragement... and beautiful ability to see and celebrate others have become treasured gifts in my life... Thank you for seeing me... and for helping others see the heart behind Building Digitally and Presence Over Paycheck... I receive this honor with a very grateful heart... and I’ll keep building better communities… one person and one faithful step at a time... 💛...

🎙️ BEHIND THE BUILD: Lisa Vanderveen Stopped Chasing
What happens when you get the engagement you thought you wanted... and realize it isn't actually what you were building for? That was one of the turns I didn't expect when we went Behind the Build with Lisa Vanderveen, creator of Kingdom Identity Network. Lisa has built across Facebook, Coach Accountable, Telegram, and Skool. She's run multiple communities at once. She's experimented with free and paid. She learned how to earn the coveted Skool star. She actually earned it in 25 days. And then came the lesson she couldn't have learned from a course: A highly active community isn't necessarily a healthy community. Before I tell you what happened, listen to Lisa explain what she believes about building a REAL community now: 🎥 Build REAL Communities: No Ranking, Just Authentic Connections That right there is the heart of Lisa's Behind the Build story. Because she didn't arrive at that conclusion from theory. She lived the other side of it. ⭐ SHE GOT THE STAR. THEN CAME THE REAL LESSON. At one point in her Skool journey, Lisa became determined to understand what it took to earn star status. She learned. She experimented. She built a new community. And in just 25 days, she did it. ⭐ Star achieved. Except some of the activity was later flagged as possible engagement farming, and the community's ranking was affected. Ouch. But this is where Lisa's story gets interesting. She could have kept trying to figure out how to win the platform game. Instead, she started questioning the game. Was more activity really what she wanted? More comments? More members? A better ranking? Or did she want women actually to experience something because they were there? For Lisa, the answer became much clearer. Transformation over activity. 👻 BECAUSE AN ACTIVE FEED ISN'T ALWAYS A COMMUNITY Lisa said something else during our conversation that stuck with me. We've all seen communities where the owner keeps posting...
