πŸ’‘ Research Note
One pattern we're beginning to notice...
People don't click on information.
They click on possibility.
A recent conversation about classroom modules caused us to stop and think.
Changing a title from:
Getting Started
to
Set Up Your Offer in 20 Minutes
doesn't change the lesson.
It changes what members expect to gain.
That made us wonder...
How often do we describe what we're teaching instead of what someone will be able to do after they've learned it?
When people can picture their first win, they're much more likely to take the next step.
πŸ§ͺ This Week's Experiment
Choose one part of your community.
It could be:
β€’ Your About page.
β€’ A classroom module.
β€’ Your Welcome post.
β€’ A pinned resource.
Ask yourself:
Does this describe the topic...or the outcome?
Can a new member picture what will be different after they engage with it?
If you've already chosen an experiment for this week, stay the course.
Don't switch directions because a new idea comes along.
Save this one for another week.
Consistent experimentation teaches us far more than trying everything at once.
πŸ”¬ Research Question
Where in your community could you make the outcome more visible?
