Good morning, builders. 💙
One thing has been on my mind this weekend.
As many of you shared (BIG THANK YOU!) your SkoolMe results, a pattern began to emerge.
The priority area for many of you wasn't engagement.
It wasn't onboarding.
It was Outcomes.
That tells us something very important.
Community builders aren't just looking for more conversations.
They want to know their members are making real progress.
And, so do we.
As we begin our very first Community Research Study this week, we want to leave you with one thought.
Healthy communities don't happen by accident.
They grow through intentional decisions, one step at a time.
This week, don't worry about improving everything.
Instead, ask yourself:
"What's one small change I could make that would help one member experience one meaningful win?"
Small wins create momentum.
Momentum creates progress.
Progress creates outcomes.
