🌞Builder's Morning: What did you learn this week?
Here's a small shift that changes everything about how a week feels. Most of us end the week asking, "Did it work? Was I right?" But researchers, the people who study things for a living, don't ask that. They ask a better question: What did I learn? It takes the pressure off being right and puts it on getting wiser, and a builder who gets a little wiser every week is unstoppable, even in the weeks when nothing seems to "work." So that's today's reflection: What's one thing you understand about your community today that you didn't understand on Monday? Could be something that worked, something that flopped, something a member said, or something you figured out about yourself. A flop you learned from counts double. Drop it below, and let's celebrate the progress that doesn't always show up as a win.

🌞Builder's Morning: Progress Over Perfection
We've spent the first couple of days this week noticing. Watching our communities. Sitting with hard questions instead of rushing to answer them. That slow looking matters; it's the whole foundation of what we're doing. Here's the quiet trap of any kind of research: you can study a thing forever and never touch it. I see this in community builders all the time, myself included. We wait until we have the perfect plan before we help someone. The perfect onboarding, the perfect post, the perfect program. And while we're busy polishing, the member who needed one small nudge is still sitting there, waiting. Most meaningful outcomes don't start with a perfect plan. They start with one small step. One honest conversation. One question asked out loud. One member, one nudge. Here's today's reflection, and it's pointed at them, not you: 💙Where might perfection be slowing your members down? 💙Where are they waiting to feel ready before they begin, when really, they just need permission to take that first small step? Sit with that today. Notice where someone in your world is stuck at the starting line. 💚One more thing before you go. Tomorrow, everyone in the research is invited to hop on a call together, where we'll take all this noticing and actually do something with it. This first one's open to all of us. More on that tonight. ❣️I'll be out and about today. May be slower to respond. ❣️
🌞Builder's Morning: Progress Over Perfection
☀️ Builder's Morning
Good morning, builders. 💙 One thing has been on my mind this weekend. As many of you shared (BIG THANK YOU!) your SkoolMe results, a pattern began to emerge. The priority area for many of you wasn't engagement. It wasn't onboarding. It was Outcomes. That tells us something very important. Community builders aren't just looking for more conversations. They want to know their members are making real progress. And, so do we. As we begin our very first Community Research Study this week, we want to leave you with one thought. Healthy communities don't happen by accident. They grow through intentional decisions, one step at a time. This week, don't worry about improving everything. Instead, ask yourself: "What's one small change I could make that would help one member experience one meaningful win?" Small wins create momentum. Momentum creates progress. Progress creates outcomes. We're so excited to learn right alongside you. Have a wonderful Monday! Make it a good one! ☀️ Builder's Reflection What is one meaningful win you'd love one of your members to experience this week?
☀️ Builder's Morning
Welcome to the Builder's Morning
This is the heartbeat of Skoolology, so let me share how it works. Building a community is a quiet, slow, sometimes lonely thing. The Builder's Morning is where we do it together instead. A few short check-ins each week, the same ones every time, so showing up becomes a habit you don't have to think about. The rhythm is simple. First, you name what you're working on. Then, midweek, you bring whatever's got you stuck. And to close the week, you share what you finished. Intention, support, and wins, on repeat. That's the whole thing. There's a short course in the Classroom called The Builder's Morning that explains the BUILD ritual behind all this, the five-minute morning practice it grew from. Worth a look when you have ten minutes. But you don't need it to start. You just need to answer the question. So here's the first one. What are you working on this week? Name the one thing that matters most in your community right now, the single move you want to make this week. Writing it here makes it real, and we'll come back to it at the end of the week. Drop yours below, and if someone else's goal looks like yours, say so. That's how this room becomes a team instead of a feed. I'll go first in the comments.

Friday: What did you do this week?
Time to close the week. What did you get done, big or small? Posted something, welcomed a member, made a hard call, scored your community, ran an experiment, or just kept going when it was quiet, it all counts. Drop it below, and let's give each other some credit for showing up.
