What to do after high school

Hey I've been undecided on what path to take with my life, I've always been interested in art and it's something I've been passionate about and I'd really like the experience of going to art school but I know that taking that path instead of going to a regular college would be unwise to do, as their are less pros than cons of taking that path, but at the same time I don't want to dedicate 4 years of my life to a degree I have no interest in, I think the best thing I can do is go to community college instead of a 4year and just practice my art and design on the side , that way I'd have the best of both worlds. So yeah
