My plan for the Self Mastery Protocol
Things I'm struggling with (and how to improve it):
  • Stress (go outside and watch a video on self improvement there. If I'm still feeling stressed after this, go and play the piano, and/or just take time to reflect by myself WITH NO SCREEN) ◆
  • No procrastination on school work (do it asap) ◆
  • Keeping a positive mindset (watching self improvement videos, being active in this community and actually applying what I see/tell there in my life as well, reading books) 3x◆
  • Confidence (remind myself of the path I've already travelled and how far I've come) 3x◆
  • Keeping phone time low (limit daily phone time to max 1 hour) 3x◆
  • Getting more sleep (allow myself to sleep longer / go to sleep earlier) 2x◆
  • Stop doing the 'side quests' when the big work is waiting for me (just start doing it with no overthinking) 2x◆
  • Allow life to be whatever it is. Don't worry about things that are outside of my control. ◆
  • Do the work even if I just got one hour ahead of me
  • Stop being so harsh on myself (remind myself that sometimes you're gonna do things that will not work and it's not a problem. I have not wasted my time doing so, but learnt a lesson. I am not perfect and it's normal. I cannot expect to get where I want to be in a day.) ◆
  • Stop acting like I'm invincible (be careful when crossing the road essentially) ◆
  • Stop listening to 'degenerate' music. By degenerate music (excuse me for that term) I mean music that talks about bad stuff and written by bad persons (I have a good playlist with actual songs with good lyrics so I might as well listen to it)
What I am doing good:
  • Working out at least 4 times / Week
  • Working on my projects everyday when I got free time
  • Loving myself
  • Getting good results at school
  • Eating more and better
  • Been brushing my teeth 3 times a day
  • Getting out of my confort zone occasionally
I will set aside 10ish minutes everyday to come back here and reread it so I remember what I have to work on and see where I have improved. And I will edit it if I find new things to work on.
Just by doing this I already feel like I've done a lot. I now have a concrete list of things I have to work on and how to do so. Excited to see what will have improved in 30 days (on the 8th of June, the day before my first day at my internship).
Edit: I’m going to add a ◆ at the end of each day next to each point I’ve actively worked on.
