I need a reset

I started 2026 with no goals or anything, no new years resolutions. I just stayed in my room gaming. Tomorrow I have school again and I need to lock in again. But I don't know what to work on, how to make a plan, find goals, create a routine etc. Im a bit lost right now.

and my birthday is in18 days and I will turn 16 years old.
