What are your Saturday vibes?
Mine. Embracing being a little weird.
My lil' guy had a 30 min swim lesson .... most of the parents sitting (i have totally done that too many time) .... but today it didn't "sit"well with me.
So i stood , lunged, squatted etc. 30 full minutes.
How can we normalize movement as a society... why am I the weirdo? (I'm ok with that) ... why are things designed to make sitting the obvious choice.
What do you to increase movement in everyday life?
