Removing thc
Although sleep has been a struggle Ive held off thc which has allowed me to avoid the late night snack attacks. Joe Dispenza and Andrew Huberman are my best friends this weekend... Grateful for minds like theirs and Shark who introduced me to them in the first place.
Today's a win
Lots of running around today/crazy at work. Only had about 1100 calaries, but my macros are on point keeping fat low.
Today's a win
Good day.
Today’s win: I was able to balance on my right foot for 2 minutes straight. Now I need to build on that and hit 2min consistently. Today’s failure: wanted to increase the number of flights of stairs I climb this week but my right knee had other plans. I’m determined to strengthen my joints while working pain-free so a few modifications are needed. Fewer stairs, more isometric holds. Calorie and macro targets were successful. Sleep well, brothers. We get to try again tomorrow.
Good day.
Staying on track, loving ever win along the way
Hit 186.5 (186) for the first time this morning. Lowest I've been in 5 years about. Feeling good staying on track. Just gotta make sure I keep to my macros today. Went over on fat a little the other day but was still in a deficit. Sticking to it today!

Day 10 of Intermittent Fasting
I have been doing the 16:8 intermittent fasting. I started at 200lbs and I am down to 193. I'm sure there's some water weight loss in that but it's helping me stay committed. I felt tempted by the thoughts of loosening the 16:8 restriction so I did a 24 hour fast this weekend to get control of my mindset. It's been a struggle but not submitting to the desires feels empowering.
