Sunday was great. Long walk with family around the neighborhood and worked in the yard a little bit. Today did strength training in the morning then went to work and it was a very high energy day. Didn't even realize how fast time flew by so I didnt hardly pay attention to what I was eating. Pretty much a little bit of cottage cheese and non fat greek yogurt and some crackers. About 1000 calories today total. Got to eat more tomorrow before boxing in evening. Prepped meals for tomorrow already so im set.
