Unfortunately I got so busy yesterday I didnt even think much about eating. I didnt get home until late and didnt want a full stomach at bed time so just opted not to eat anything. Wasn't that hungry anyways. No training, just a long late night bike ride which felt pretty good to clear my head with. Today has already started out better with the food situation so Ill be back on track today. Didn't train this morning. Probably a little workout in the garage.
