Well today did not go as planned at all. Got to work early to catch up on some stuff after gym and as soon as we opened it was non stop until close. I rushed out the door this morning and forgot all the food I prepped so just ate the last of the stuff I had at work which wasnt bad tbh just probably not enough. I skipped boxing gym today. Im not proud of that at all because I alway really look forward to that but instead I went home and crashed on the couch. Ate a little more after a nap but now im in bed and ready to sleep hard. Its just one of those days. But im grateful for this challenge andfor this group for helping me stay on the right track. The old version of me wouldnt keep a level head thru a day like this.
