Thank God for one more day and another opportunity to become a better man and take a step towards achieving my goals. New low on the scale: 161.0 lbs which makes it 19.8 lbs total weight loss in 56 days. 6 lbs away from my goal weight of 155 lbs. Today was a busy day and I really enjoyed fasting thru the day, just hydrating and having lots of coffee. Had a nice boxing and calisthenics training sessions. When I got home after training and work at 7pm I had one big meal which was a total of 1564 calories. You can see everything I ate in the screenshot below. I know I’m on the right path. I’m so grateful. Thank God for everything.
