Feeling stronger by the day. Gained a little weight back. End of last week I was 184-185. Ate out a bit and had a few beers with the nice weather. Had a killer workout session today with new PRs despite a little extra weight. Got my calaries in at 1800. I stopped counting my steps today at 7k as I put my fitness ring on charge and forgot to take it off but I for sure hit 10k. I got my walking pad on an incline now which should only help moving forward. Feeling great today, excited to do the same tomorrow. 💪

Another very active day. Couple hours of side work, worked on my yard a ton, garage workout, now folding some laundry 💪 Carbs today was a lot of fresh fruit and veggies. Protein was protein powder, a lot of tuna, egg whites, and some turkey gizzards 😎

2200 calories. 16k steps. Weight is 154.2 lbs. Good rest day with my family. Got a little training session in with my son. Thank God for everything.

Killing it Bro!!! 154!!! What's your ideal weight? I know you said if you can grab it, you can loose it. Are you going to that level? Or have a number in mind?
Getting back in the grind
2100 calaries, 10,500 steps and counting. Most of my steps like 8000 were on 2.5 incline at the gym. Went a little over on calaries but all good.

1715 calaries, realistically ended between 14-15k steps. Great workout tonight and some boxing practice with the best. God bless.
