Cracks started forming in my performance towards the end of my wife's trip. No excuses, I just lost the edge and have been clawing my way back to consistency.
My 3 favorite go tos are: 1. Push ups - lots of variations make them fun and challenging 2. Pull ups - build upper body, stretches my back out while hanging 3. Cycling - low impact, great for legs and stamina, and can bring the kids along. Great way to clear my head
