Boxing with friends
Got a couple of my co workers to join the boxing gym I go to. Stoked to share the joy and benefits that.come from this type of training and even more excited to share it with guys I genuinely love hanging out with. First session was last night. They are younger and dont have kids or wives yet so im hoping they take it to the next level but more importantly I hope I can continue to just help build and maintain the positive energy that comes from this little community in north Spokane 🙏
