Fat is melting away and I’m feeling great. It’s kind of surreal because the last time I was in low 150’s I was cutting for an amateur boxing fight and the process was miserable. Right now I feel the best I’ve ever felt.
33 hundred calories, 11k steps. Calisthenics session done. Great day with my family. 4th of July and 16 year anniversary for me and my wife. Not mad that I overate my calories a little bit. Back on the plan tomorrow. There’s no destination only the way. Thank you God for everything.
@Lucas Beechinor feel fine, woke up a little bloated but it’s all good. I was just tired and thats why I overate, body was literally asking me for energy that it lacked from sleep in the last couple of days. But today I slept in and feel much better. I plan to push my first meal later in the day today and just stick to 1900-2000 calories. All good.
Some side work this morning then some bag work and light lifting at home in the afternoon. Kids got picked up by family for the day so kind of quieter than usual. Overall pretty chill.
