Happy Monday, Today did a very short training on how we're scaling our ads up to $3K/day publishing 30+ creatives per week with Claude Code and Codex. Everything from image creation to writing the ads to publishing them in the ads manager. And it made me pause on the *value* of a human when AI can now do so much (and will be able to do so much more in a few months). The simple answer? Humans bring a new paradigm/idea into the equation and AI does the grunt work. Example: We have a front end that's currently doing about 1200+ per day in sales. Decent ROAS. And I know with 100% certainty that if I went to Claude or ChatGPT to come up with the big idea or the "Vision" of the business it wouldn't The hook for this offer would have never come from AI. Maybe after YEARS of prompting but I doubt it. And it's the simple reason that AI follows formulas and does it extremely well. This is why it can create decent ads, copy, hooks etc. And so the way I think is very simple now: Humans are the thinkers and the big idea creatives. AI does the work. Then we make sure the "work" is good. Which is why we're shifting to an entirely first AI first company. Skills > SOP's. Workflows > Repeat Tasks Because once you can sit back and let Claude practically scale ads for you then you're ultimately close to leverage through offers. @Zoran Drobnjak mentioned to me that he's spent $2,000,000 on ads and was never able to make a profit on the front end. Now with his Micro Offer up he's making sales spending around $300-$600 per day and profitable. Love seeing the wins of getting buyers vs running ads to freebee seekers.
