Alright, it's settled. After meeting with my client today brainstorming personalized upsells that are now possible thanks to AI... ...getting glowing reviews about the new tools/assets I created for our partner's offer... ...that took the sales from 24K on the first launch without AI tools to 70K+ with the ai platform + resources... ...I'm putting the first workshop of the spring together. The target? Use A.I to create assets that make clients happy (that you can sell for a lot of money). Its going to be called "The Anti Prompt Method" and it's going to be ruthlessly focused on showing just the essentialist way to use AI to make more money and deliver better client experiences. And no, we're not going to be talking about technical things at all. I'm going to show you how I rant like a madman into my computer and get Claude to create assets for me. Since I started building software and apps knowing nothing about this stuff, I always thought I would hit a limit of what I could do. And 6 months ago, you definitely would. I remember a lot of people getting into Loveable and into vibe coding where you would hear half the time about something breaking and being unable to fix it. Your imagination was capped. It was still easier to go pay for a SaaS than build something. I definitely felt like this when I started using Claude Code even with the previous Opus 4.5 model. It was great, but it still felt hard. Plus trying to write a long webinar script with it turned it into the worst kind of AI slop that was all robotic fluff. Fast forward to today and not only are the models better but the tools INSIDE Claude are better. To the point where I just start imagining things and realize that if I wanted to sit with Claude for a bit of time I could create it. Example: I have a simple workflow through Claude Code that takes piles of old transcripts and creates products out of them. But here's the thing... Without direction people create words, images and code that just gathers digital dust somewhere. Give someone a Lamborghini that doesn't know how to drive manual and they are stuck in first gear. That's why this next workshop is all about shipping stuff. There's going to be zero fluffy hype about how "this new expensive tool is going to make you a millionaire overnight". Or completely overpromise the world making you believe you're behind because AI hasn't made you a million dollars yet. Instead... how to simply: A) Get more buyers B) Get more clients By creating tools and assets (out of your old transcripts and Gdrive folders) that completely amplify your offer to truly make it a category of one. 2.5 weeks marks the officially LONGEST time I've gone without writing an email to you. Crazy how fast time flies. So why the stop? We'll, a few things happened that really changed the course of the Productized Coach. Specifically: 1. Launching a publishing business with my partner Jack in December. 2. Hitting $1K/day in sales from ads. 3. Recording and launching my first webinar ever resulting in $28K in backend sales. 4. Now on path to hit 100K/month in profit. Ultimately changing a few things around here where the focus is show and install with what we're doing in the trenches. And so now? I'm back and simply sharing what we're doing to scale to 100K/month.
