Do you have a publishing company?

As I continue the process of launching my book with Book Launchers, I received an email today suggesting I should consider opening a publishing company so the book looks even more professional.

I do not really want to open another company....Having said that, here are some burning questions I have:

1 - How many of you HAVE a publishing company?

2 - What are the downside of NOT having one?

3 - Do you really think not having a publishing company would make you look not as professional?

4 - I completely understand the looking top-notch professional by having a publishing company "backing up" your book, but I do not want to deal with the paperwork.

5 - What else I do not know about this?
