Amazon giving me an error message when I hit publish

Anyone had this happen to them?? I'm trying to reach their customer support (with little luck). I published a book 10 years ago. I've created a new version, with a different ISBN and trim size. It's all uploaded and I received a paperback proof. After reviewing the proof, I uploaded a new manuscript and cover file (with small adjustments). It now says "error occurred during publishing. try again later." Cleared cache. Used incognito window. Any other suggestions?! Thanks.
