Workout routine
I need help creating a 3 day intermediate calisthenics workout plan I can do only 3 days bcz of my busy schedule (student) so help me create one which will be effective for strength and size I want to focus mainly on weighted calisthenics and a few skill exercises and also will hitting a muscle only once a week result in growth or should i hit a muscle twice
