Shoulders In Push Day
For my shoulders on push day I do pile pushups and lateral raises but the next day I feel no source of soreness at all. I also feel completely demotivated to do lateral raises because I have to do it per arm. Can I get recommendations to fix this demotivation & find a substitute exercise for lateral raises?
