Hey guys so I realised like 3 years too late that I’ve been doing pull ups the wrong way. Always thought my form was how it’s done and would feel the ache in my back, upper back, shoulders and neck and thought that was how it should feel right?
Well now I know it’s wrong hahaha
Here’s a video of me practicing pull-ups from a few days ago - can you guys let me know what needs to be adjusted and how I can best apply the changes?
