(Sorry if my english is not good) I starded training for building muscle last week following the method of caliversity on YT. Right now I'll strart dips with EMOM next training session but I still on 5x10 on pull ups, my last pull up section looks like this:
3x10 - good form
1x10 - with some rest between the last reps
1x10 - 8 with some rest + 2 with bends
Can I start with the drop set method with pull ups next workout ? Or I have to get 5x10 perfect ? Because i'm already on EMOM woth dips.
