I need your help
I do weightlifting in school, as well as calisthenics.
For weightlifting, we have a strict schedule:
  • Monday - Chest & Arms (Bench, PowerClean)
  • Tuesday - Legs (Squats, Lunges)
  • Wednesday - Conditioning (Jogging, Abs)
  • Thursday - Chest & Arms (Bench, Curls)
  • Friday - Legs (Front Squats, Lunges)
I'm trying to learn skills like front lever and handstand pushup, but I don't know how to fit that training into the schedule of my school in a way that my body isn't exhausted.
Any recommendations?
