I do weightlifting in school, as well as calisthenics.
For weightlifting, we have a strict schedule:
- Monday - Chest & Arms (Bench, PowerClean)
- Tuesday - Legs (Squats, Lunges)
- Wednesday - Conditioning (Jogging, Abs)
- Thursday - Chest & Arms (Bench, Curls)
- Friday - Legs (Front Squats, Lunges)
I'm trying to learn skills like front lever and handstand pushup, but I don't know how to fit that training into the schedule of my school in a way that my body isn't exhausted.
Any recommendations?
