Hi im new here! I have a strong base 50 strict pushups, 15-20 pull ups, 30 dips. I can muscle up with kip and hold adv tuck front lever. But cant hold a handstand consistent at all (some days 0 sec, some days 13 sec) Should I stop training the other skills and just focus on handstand? I do push pull legs. I mostly do the skills at the start of my workout.
